Emily’s Smiles through Difficult Trials

Just an update to let everyone know that Emily is undergoing her radiation treatments now.  She started on Thursday and takes them everyday Mon. – Fri.  They do have to give her a little “sleep” medicine so she will be comfortable and still.  So far she is doing well, does suffer from a little nausea and is weak, but doing as expected thus far.  Everyday she looks forward to “mail call” so keep those notes headed her way, the cards, letters and pictures you’ve been sending really brighten her spirits.  ALSO, don’t forget Dawn…..her birthday is next Tuesday, 9/12.   Shhhhh….don’t let her know I told you!   Emily sends her love to everyone, especially her friends in her neighborhood, church, preschool & dance class.  She misses you all very much!
